This Real Log Home addition is currently under construction in Southboro, MA.


This log home addition is currently under construction in Southboro, MA. We built the original home, a custom prow front design, back in the winter of 2002. The addition will provide space for a beautiful, cathedral family room and a two-car garage under. Because the addition logs are simply notched into the existing ones, construction of the new wing creates very little intrusion into the homeowners day to day life (other than parking). Log homes are often easier to enlarge than one might think.
